- Lift operating panel up and out of door frame track.
- Remove 2 screws from top and 2 screws from bottom of stationary door panel at center of door. This allows stationary panel to be removed to the outside of the door unit by lifting panel up and out. Remove horizontal screws only. DO NOT remove vertically installed screws.
- Reverse procedure with new stationary panel. Snug screws in, do not over tighten.
- Reinstall operating panel by lifting head of panel up into door frame and setting bottom of panel into frame.
- Lift operating panel out of door.
- Place panel on side, remove rollers, and reinstall rollers in opposite edge of door panel.
- Remove 2 screws from top and bottom of stationary door panel at center of door. This allows stationary panel to be removed to the outside of the door unit by lifting panel up and out.
- Remove horizontal screws only. DO NOT remove vertically installed screws.
- Remove keeper from side jamb of frame.
- Remove vinyl jamb cover filler from opposite side jamb.
- Reinstall keeper in opposite side jamb using its original position as a reference.
- Reinstall jamb cover on opposite side jamb.
- Remove vinyl head and sill starting at open end at center of door.
- Reinstall both on opposite side of frame snapping them into the frame.
- Move 2 sash stops (1 top 1 bottom) to opposite side of door track channel.
- “Cartwheel” stationary door panel and reinstall into opposite side of door frame from the exterior using screws from removal process.
- Screw holes should line up for reinstalling panel-Reinstall operating panel into frame by inserting head of panel into frame first and then setting roller end of panel onto track. “Cartwheel” screen and reinstall into exterior of frame.
